CarteWheels was privileged to cater this celebration of family and tradition. The menu included several Italian items in honor of the Bride's maternal Grandmother as well as a nod to the Groom's Scottish roots. A round table was placed near the entrance loaded with a Fresh Fruit & Cheese Display on one side and a Bruschetta Bar on the other side for guests to nosh before the buffet dinner was served. Waiters passed Scottish Smoked Salmon Canapes and Chicken & Prosciutto Skewers w/ Pesto Cream in shot glasses.

The Mother of the Bride provided her special homemade Anise Biscotti
which we placed by the coffee in a three tiered wired basket.
We loved thier clever table number idea. Photos of the Bride & Groom at the age of each table number were placed with the numbers stamped above.
A beautiful five tiered cake was provided by Clark Family Barkey. Especially Yours designed the centerpieces and bouquets.
